- 1 avocado
- Fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cucumber
- Lemon juice
- 1/2 Red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- An olive oil
- Cut the tomatoes and avocado into pieces, the cucumber into strips and slice your red onion.
- Pour everything into a large bowl.
- Add your chopped cilantro and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Salt and pepper. All you have to do is mix it up. At table !
