Stuffed chicken Algerian style

1 chicken
about 75 g of crumbs or dry bread crumbled
100 g ground chicken or ground turkey
100 g ground meat
1 egg
1 bunch of parsley
150 g crushed almonds
1 cup of rice
2 onions
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
salt and pepper


STEP 1Preheat the oven to th. 6 (180°C).

STEP 2Gut out the chicken, clean it and chop the stuffing. Cook the rice with water and salt. Chop the onions.

STEP 3In a pan, over low heat, brown the onions, add the parsley, rice, chopped chicken and ground meat with salt and pepper.

STEP 4Add the egg, cinnamon, breadcrumbs, almonds, salt and pepper.

STEP 5Mix everything together and stuff the chicken. With the rest of the stuffing, you can make small balls that you will arrange around the chicken.

STEP 6Spread the chicken with oil or butter, add salt and pepper and put it in the oven for about 1 hour.

STEP 7Serve with the cooking sauce.
